Cancellation Policy

No contracts, no cancellation fees — you can cancel your Home Service Studios subscription at any time. Here's exactly how it works.
How to cancel
Email hello@home-service-studios.com from the address on your account and let us know you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm your cancellation and the date your access ends.
If you're still in your free trial
Cancel any time before your 30-day free trial ends and you won't be charged anything. Your card is saved when you sign up, but it's never charged during the trial.
If you're already being billed
If you cancel after your trial has ended and billing has started, your subscription stops renewing and you won't be charged again going forward. We don't provide prorated refunds for the current billing period — your site and service stay active through the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to your website
Your site stays live and hosted through the end of your current billing period. After that, we take it offline. We keep your site files and content for 30 days after cancellation in case you'd like to reactivate — after that window, they may be permanently deleted, so let us know if you need anything exported before then.
Switching plans instead
If you just want to move to a different plan rather than cancel entirely, email us and we'll help you switch — no need to cancel and re-sign up.
